In the circumstances where you do not have a guarantor, you can register with Housing Hand who will act as guarantor subject to meeting their terms and conditions.
Alternatively, you will need to pay your rent for the whole Licence Agreement/AST in advance.

No. As per your Licence Agreement, if you're caught smoking or tampering with smoke/fire detectors a charge may be applied to your account to cover call out charges of a fire engineer to check or repair the equipment.
