If the Tenant is not successful in their Visa application, they will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made towards the tenancy. In such cases, the Tenant must provide valid evidence of their Visa application being declined. This refund policy is valid up to three weeks prior to the tenancy start date. After this period, the standard cancellation terms will apply. A partial payment must still be made either on 15/07/2025 or 01/08/2025, depending on the booking date. The remainder must be paid by 15/08/2025.
If the Tenant is not successful in their University application, they will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made towards the tenancy. In such cases, the Tenant must provide valid evidence of their University application being declined. This refund policy is valid up to three weeks prior to the tenancy start date. After this period, the standard cancellation terms will apply. A partial payment must still be made either on 15/07/2025 or 01/08/2025, depending on the booking date. The remainder must be paid by 15/08/2025.
If the tenant cancels their tenancy after 01/07/2025 or within 6 weeks of the contract’s start date and before they move into the property, they will be liable for the rent unless a suitable replacement tenant is found to take over the tenancy.
